Our margins are not dependent on conveyancing sales or the requirement to produce tens of thousands of HIPs every month to provide a well funded and supported HIP service.
All the HIPs we produce will be manufactured by Hammonds Direct who are the largest, centralised volume conveyancer in the country. They now boast three production centres and over 400 skilled employees working to process 80 million scanned pages of data and 130,000 conveyancing transactions per year. We can control service standards and ensure the quality is consistently high.
